Paccheri from Gragnano with red shrimps (Mazzara del Vallo) and pistachio from Bronte

Ingredients for 4 people:

– 400 g of Paccheri from Gragnano
– 16 red shrimps
– Olive oil to taste
– 20 g of chopped pistachios
– Half chopped finely garlic clove
– Basil 8 grape tomatoes
– 2 tbs of fresh tomato sauce
– Half a glass of Brandy
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
